I am always informed when a service will be provided. Service tech Dean Suber is always friendly, courteous, and tells you what he will be doing that day.
This past lime application, seemed to be very light on the product. At the end of the day, I walked into the back yard to water in the lime, and I honestly could not see any granuals, or any resemblance of the product being applied. Maybe it had settled, but previous applications were very visible with the granuals. Just curious.

My technician, Troy, is simply the best. He is the reason I rate this a 10. Troy continues to do a great job on my yard. It continued to improve this year and was for the first time in many years devoid of fungus. He communicates directly with me and responds to questions I have. This type of customer service and the quality results is what consistently sets him apart from any technician I've ever dealt with in the 10 years I'm owned this home. I'm convinced my yard will only continue to improve as long as Troy remains our sole provider of service. Thx to the local Trugreen management for allowing that to continue.
