I like the results I see in my lawn and shrubs. My family and neighbors always comment on how nice the yard looks. I know it's not just because I cut the grass. I also had bald patches in the yard that are practically covered with grass again since using TruGreen.

It was an easy question to answer as I've already given my testimony that my lawn is the best, thickest and greenest it has ever been in the 25+ years we've lived here. I'm so impressed with the technician who spends time answering my questions and who gave an extra treatment to limit my broadleaf weeds.

I like the guy that services my yard and this number is ALL about him and his service. Troy continues to ensure my yard is cared for properly. It is currently as good as it has been in 5 or more years. Since he started with us as a Scott's technician my yard has improved every year. It was almost dead when he started. He has exclusively done my yard and is the reason I remained with Trugreen after the merger. He is the most responsive and supportive technician we've ever had and he demonstrates time and time again that he cares about our yard. Frankly, the continuous improvement of our yard over his tenure is the physical proof. I am loving my TruGreen service. It is prompt and effective.
Most recently Jovian Anderson came to apply fertilizer, and I pointed out a pernicious weed to him. When he finished the task he came to do, he also treated the patches of the weed.
Our neighborhood just started a "Yard of the Month" contest. I'm hoping to be a contender this month. When I win, TruGreen with share the "glory" because as one technician told me..."It's a 50/50 proposition. We do our part and you do yours", meaning watering and mowing correctly. The only thing I did in addition to TruGreen was to purchase some fertilizer with a higher nitrogen content because I wanted a darker green lawn...but that's just me! I think this TruGreen Office has excellent technicians and work ethics. I couldn't be more pleased.
I was very happy to see Derrick Nelson back out for the second tree/bush service. Derrick is always so nice and professional. He always asks if I have seen any new issues or if I have any questions for him. Derrick is a true professional!
Cory, the scheduling manager has certainly earned my respect and proven to me that truegreen has a very valuable asset. His customer service skills and professionalism are top notch as he has kept his word and promises to me as a new customer and home owner in South Carolina.
I also want to mention that the specialist, Darius that treats my lawn is always on time and always explains to me what is being done and why things are being done. He is polite and is obviously knowledgeable about the industry and applications that will be best for my lawn to look it's best.
I have had my issues with TruGreen, but when I contacted TruGreen they would try to somehow fix the situation. So, it's been a long road but hopefully we can keep working together and make this a worthwhile experience in the future.
The gentlemen that have been servicing my yard have been great, Jovian and Jason have been great, always very knowledgeable and always eager to help with any information needed.
