I liked you could do everything over the phone,But when I sat up agreement to start on the first of the month because I am on a fixed income and would not have money in bank until then and they come out and start on the 26th and draft my account on the 27th without calling and letting me know,I did call and spoke with Laura Douglas she was very apologetic and did a refund but it had already gone thru with no funds in bank it was just a matter of miscommunication if they would have called first, or whoever I spoke with the first time should have made sure it would not be until the 1st as we agreeded. Laura was very helpful and I hope in the future we can communicate better than this. Laura was very understanding and helpful THANKS

Just got started but so far everything looks good and the service is great. We saw that some of the weeds were still trying to grow so we called to see if we could have another application of the weed control put on the lawn again. TruGreen sent Mathew Jimenez out within three days for the second application and the work was performed in a very professional manner.

My technician is Sam Clapp from Columbia SC. He does an excellent job and is courteous and knowledgeable. In addition he accommodates my schedule and calls ahead so that I can unlock my gates and put my dogs inside. He is a true asset to your company!
