Recently your tech, Isaiah M. of branch 5268,, was very thorough but also careful of my many flower pots and flowering head high lily's as he dragged the cord around the yard and sprayed the bushes. Also he was considerate in closing the gate.

The Lawn Care Specialist on Saturday 6/26/2021 came at the perfect time and day, since the next day it rained. With that lawn care service it has helped with weed control and the fertilizer was an additional plus.
The Branch of #5268 has the best of the best. Their team is always so spot on.

I like that you provide a courtesy call a day or two before coming out which allows me a chance to cancel if needed. Also, providing information on additional issues with lawn, trees and shrubs is helpful...I may not want additional services from you but it's good to know about existing lawn problems.

What do you like about our services?

I just wanted to let you know that Giber Mendosa did a great job today. He targeted the correct weeds, and seemed to do a good job. I was glad that he gave me the printout, which I did not get last service. This is my 3rd service, and so far, I am beginning to see good results.

What do you like about our services?

Specialist ID #125849 Giber Mendoza: meet him personally as he knocked on my door to greet me and to verify if I wanted him to treat backyard because of a yellow rope that was placed across open shrubline. I informed Giber "yes please" , and I informed him it was just there to remind my neighborhood kids and for my apology for not removing for him. He said it's quite ok and just wanted verification. I didn't check my phone message announcing todays lawn service visit and my apologies. We had a short chat before he went to work. I sent him away with a ziplock bag with a cold soda and snacks to hold him over until lunch. Thank You Trugreen for your polite technician.
