Hello, I expect Jonathan C.to come here for service this week. I would like to tell him that he does not need to avoid the St. Augustine patch in the front yard. I have decided that it is not going to be worth the trouble to protect that spot. Just treat that area as the rest. I have a little green fence outlining some desirable plants inside the island. He should be able to see that. Jonathan has given us good service on his first visit with us. Thanks

William G. was my specialist. I truly appreciated his DETAILED description of the services he performed for me with the mosquito service on 5/6/2021. I had been requesting this of my past specialists and was never quite sure if they were following thru. My only issue is, why it was so expensive this time? Can someone please address this? Customer service is responsive and will send someone back out if there is an issue.

The Mosquito service is excellent. I know before they come out, what they are going to do. And so far this year, they have been spot on.

The lawn service however, could benefit (improve) by:
1) assuring to advise what specific lawn maintenance is to be performed. Until last year that was the case.

2)Would like to know why lawn treatments aren't ridding the yard of a po anna grass investation, which for the last three years seems to only be controlled by me pulling it up by hand or otherwise applying a specific agent.

Skylar was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions where I understood better what was going on and what to expect down the road. For such a young person he had great customer service skills and I would truly like to give him a chance and request that he be my technician moving forward.

Service is fine. I'm just a little unclear as to what I am to do next. Water? Don't Water? There was a preemergent put on lawn today. My Zoysia has not greened up yet, but is on it's way. So far in only 4 days, I have received 2 services. The first one was bright and early before I was up and around. The second was only 3 days later when I wasn't at home due to appointments. It did not storm as predicted, so do I water now?

Just questions. I'm sure once a routine is established, everything will be okay.
