Terry Ward took the time to accommodate my busy schedule. He called me to confirm my appointment time and assured me that he would be here on time. When he arrived, he identified himself and asked about my needs and concerns regarding my lawn. Mr. Ward displayed professionalism and courtesy while performing the service. Afterwards, Mr. Ward again asked if I had any concerns or questions. We have used TruGreen for many years & have found the service to be excellent. If there are any problems between treatments, they will come back as many times as needed to resolve the problem. Today, I met our new technician, Victor. He was very friendly, courteous & professional.
Bill Hill was my specialist and he did a great job of explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it and gave me some options moving into the Spring.
