Your employees come on time. Unfortunately with exception of one time they all seem to understand their job. This person managed to ruin many of my trees and shrubs. True Green did rectify to unfortunate event this week.

We recently had a visit from our specialist, Miguel Cruces. We were considering canceling our Trugreen service because we had a lot of dead patches in our lawn. Mr. Cruces visited us and went through our property pointing out some of the issues related to the dead patches in our lawn. In addition he helped us to prioritize the order of what should be done to achieve the best results. We have two issues. One is the rain run off and tow we have Bermuda grass on a very shady lot. Than you Miguel!!

Today, Lawn Care Tech Clayton did an excellent job servicing my lawn. He was thorough, not rushed, talked to me about MY lawn particulars and service plan going forward for the best outcomes. He appeared knowledgeable and was able to address my concerns. Will request him as my assigned Lawn Tech going forward. Great rep for TruGreen!
