They schedule service in advance and always show up. Yard looks nice due to their services.
Your automated phone contact system with reminders for service visits is a plus. As the customer I like knowing when the technician will be here which allows me to talk with him from time to time to get his comments/suggestions on the lawn condition. This is a big deal to me to be able to speak with the man who knows more about my lawn than I will ever know.

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent customer service and follow up I received regarding a concern I had on my lawn treatments. On 1/27, I received a call from Robert Loweman regarding my concerns. He listened patiently to and explained in detail what he would do to resolve the problems.
I received the automated call letting me know a service technician would arrive today to re-treat the lawn. At 7:45 a.m. Robert arrived and did in fact re-treat the entire lawn including the spot the other technician missed. Robert was extremely polite and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to meet him. He was even kind enough to pick up my trash can that had blown over.
The last outstanding item that Mr. Loweman advised would be taken care of is a refund of $29.95. He advised that my first application should have been 50% off instead of the full $45.00. I checked my account this morning and as yet, the refund has not been deposited into my account but I will check again at the end of the week.
