He knocked on my door and introduced himself and asked if I had any questions before he started treating my yard, of which I didn't. He was VERY, VERY professional and for the first time I was blown away with the service. I've never met him before but he was AWESOME. He didn't know it but I watched him as he treated my yard and he did so as if it was his and took his time and covered every area of the yard carefully. I spend a lot of time in my yard and to see someone else care about it as much as he did just made me smile with joy. He was Awesome!!!!!, and I would love to have Jason Spencer do my yard from this point on. Please keep him on my route in the Woodstock area and I take my hat off to you for finding such a QUALITY and OUTSTANDING person. A job WELL DONE!!!!
Your lawn service is excellent. All the services I need to make my lawn look great (fertilizer, pesticides, aeration, lime application) at a lower cost than I could do it myself. And, I don't have to do it! it's a service I can count on.

Trudy calling to let me know a specialist is coming and what day. My specialist (Justin Renfroe - branch 5722) is the same person now which made things so much easier because he texts when he is on his way so I can put our doggie door in and keep my dogs from sneaking out on him. Love this because it makes everyone's life easier! 😊
The Specialist are courteous and thorough. I like that you provide an invoice that provides information on what was done, what was noticed and the chemicals used with pertinent information on the does and don't on them. It is also very helpful to get the recommendations on the things I can do to get my lawn in shape.

This was my first experience and the specialist couldn't have been nicer. He knocked on my door and took his time explaining the service he was providing today. In this day & age, i expected him to be in a rush to get to his next stop and not go over the details, so I was pleasantly surprised at how courteous and professional he was!
