My specialist Brandon did a great job today. He was very polite and respectful. I appreciated him asking me if it was OK to pull his truck in my driveway. Most of the time they pull very close to my house without asking first. He was thorough and asked me if we were having any problems with out service, which I appreciated. I hope he continues servicing my lawn.
Yesterday Christopher rang our door bell before he started his service. He didn't just ring it and walk away he waited until I had time to walk from the back of the house to the front door to answer it. He asked me if I had any questions or concerns about my lawn. We briefly discussed and area I had concerns about and he gave me a suggestion. I really appreciated that. I've had managers come by and ask that but you don't know what happens to those conversations after they leave. I hope that Christopher is my treatment specialist because I think he cares.

TruGreen has always been my choice in reference to my lawn. They have been the company that knows exactly what any lawn is needed to look it's best. I have dealt with TruGreen for years now. I have always had if not the best one of the best in my subdivision.

The Trugreen specialist quickly loaded his spreader and treated my lawn. I have pets. He made sure gates were closed after applying the lime.
True Green has always done a great job with my yard. Constantly getting compliments about the was the yard looks. Even my neighbors with other lawn services comment on how perfect my lawn looks.
Service tech stopped by my house today and re-serviced the back yard. The area's in concern were address. Thank you.
Eric was great for me the customer. I walked over to speak with him about if he was taking care of us today, as he had finished with 607 cannon Court next door. The reason i choose TruGreen was because my neighbor has TruGreen too. Thought it would be a good plan if both houses were serviced at the same time. Sale Person told me TruGreen would do both at same time. Sound great to me and i wanted this so yards would look great together.
Eric shared we were not on the list for today. I told him that upset me. He listened and ask me if he could call the office for me to see when we were scheduled. Told me March 15th i said ok, walked back to the house. Next thing i know he was coming toward the house with the spreader. He stated he shared i was upset to his boss and he told Eric to go ahead and service us today.
Simply stated Eric went above and over the top to keep us happy.

Hunter Bowman performed our Lawn Service on 02/18/2021. He stopped and chatted briefly, and safely, with my husband who was in the yard. When he saw me at the kitchen table he waved. He carried out his work quickly and efficiently then left the service summary at the door with a wave as he left.

I've been very impressed with the communication with TruGreen. The app helps out a lot with keeping me in the "know" on what is going on with my services. I've only had one treatment, but so far I'm happy. Can not wait to see the results.
Ability to interact with the associates who come to our house so I can ask questions of them when necessary.
Technician was very thorough and attentive to each tree bush and shrub.
