I switched from a previous lawn care service.
I noticed almost immediately improvements in my lawn.
You do what you say you will do. My account was credited for this last application because you sprayed some chemical on my greass last application that killed some of my grass. You said you would do this and you did. thank you.
Nathan Peterson is our specialist and he did a great job today. He answered questions we had for him in a pleasant and knowledgeable way. Was professional but friendly. Parked in the street which we appreciate as it lessens the chances of damage to our driveway. Would be pleased if you can continue to send him as our specialist.

Observed social distancing, was respectful and diligent with the lawn, included an abundance of information about ways to improve our lawn. Also, the TruGreen representative, Kelsey B, worked quickly and efficiently within the correct time frame. All around, excellent work!
Based on the suggestions, I want to see improvement in the near future.
I am a first time customer with Trugreen. There was some confusion about what I needed on a new $28,000.00 landscape that was finished two months ago. The landscaping had included a large number of shrubbery, a brand new and enlarged paver patio, irrigation and drainage, and brand new Zoysia grass to replace the Bermuda grass on both my front and back yard.
The confusion started with my receiving a service call from a new lawn tech who had been previously informed about my property's excellent condition but badly in need of weed control as the new grass is fully rooted. However, he came back today, brought the right chemicals and treated the grass, accordingly with no apparent issue. This 10 rating is for him, Isadore.
Other confusion involved a last minute notification from another service tech whose sole function is to do Lyme treatment. He agreed with me that the weed control must be completed first and he is scheduled to arrive back to my property in about two weeks. He was impressed with the new grass and how healthy it looked requiring only about a few small spots for Lyme treatment.
I have, as of yet, to get receive a visit from your Tree and Shrubbery technician who will be arriving tomorrow. Your auto-generated message informed me that his purpose is to do insect and pest control. I reminded your Swanee, Georgia branch office that "Pest and Insect " control was "not" part of my package I had discussed with your sales manager who got this account. I called the Sales Manager as well on this matter. What I had communicated to both parties is that I want the tech to inspect my new shrubbery to evaluate what is needed to keep it healthy for the next two seasons before doing anything because it is obvious that your company is following a standard plan and have, as of yet, to see the condition of my new yard. That I look forward to a variety of recommendations to include what nutrients I might need to keep my shrubbery enriched and healthy.
Again. This "10" rating is for my lawn service technician, Isadore, due to his follow up on a promise to treat my lawn right away with weed control. A separate rating on the tree and shrub technician and Lyme technician will be done once they have made their first time visit and evaluation and start treatment based on what I write in this feedback.

My lawn is more consistently healthy when you are responsible for the weeding and feeding than when I do it. Though I would like more attention around the edges of my home and outside edges of the back yard.
