Kelsey B took time to introduce himself and listed me as we assessed the poor status of weed management that was my experience thus far. He agreed that improvements were needed and he got right to work investing himself in solving the problem. He came back the next week and did some more work on it. I am still not sure how the process will end as there is some more progress needed, but I am happy to have had his support.

This year is my first year of mosquito service but it was perfect. I was really surprised it worked pretty well!

Trugreen is always on time and the company try their best to advise their customers....I wish the premium was a little lower, for the lying time/valued customers....You must know that (Price) is everything and should not be compared to the cost of living.

I had some concerns regarding my service and the value I was receiving. Anthony Sproles was extremely proactive and reached out to me via email and phone to ensure that he addressed the situation. His follow up, attention to detail, and overall demeanor demonstrated true professionalism and moved TruGreen from a 2 to a 10.

Currently I am reviewing all household expenditures and without his dedication to ensuring this issue was resolved I would have cancelled TruGreen. It is individuals such as this that make a company truly exceptional.

Today I received excellent Trugreen service from your technician JASON JAHNER . He was informative, professional, and courteous. He represented Trugreen well and discussed what today's service included. He went to extra effort, spot killing weed infestations in addition to broadly spraying my lawn with today's treatment chemicals. I hope he can treat my lawn often, because he does a great job.

I’m concerned because our grass in some spots are not well.

Our lawn is basically weed free, and a call is all it takes to get re-treated for unusual or new infestations. Service tech's are aways cordial, even during these Pandemic times!

Jim Anderson is my TruGreen specialist. He has serviced my yard for several years now. He makes sure that everything looks good and always contacts me for feedback on how he can do a better job. I rarely have to contact him because he knows what he's doing and how to keep my yard in the best shape.

I would recommend him as a lawn care specialist.

I like that you inform me ahead of time and the convenience of online billing. Your technician is very polite, conscientious and thorough. My shrubs and trees are healthy and a rose bush that was dying is coming back.

It isn't clear to me that you received the original message intended for YOU, however! You 'keep to the schedule' of important season-specific maintenance for our trees & shrubs. Our WONDERFUL long-time technician Jim Anderson always points out what does or may need a bit more attention, anything he's noticed like possible disease or root rot symptoms, and even an occasional reminder that some trimming is needed here or there. We're glad to have this 'second set of eyes' on our valuable landscape. The yeard, especially the front, is heavily invested in structural greenscaping -- i.e., shrubs, ornamental grasses, trees, etc., balanced by just enough lawn area to show off the mature specimens that are the real show.
Interestingly, a friend who owns a commercial yard & lawn maintenance company dropped by for a visit a few days ago. His comment as he took in our front yard's vista was: "Your front yard looks really, really nice. Nicer than ANY of the yards I do for MY customers!"
What a nice compliment! I attribute it largely to the good service provided by TruGreen and the careful attention your tech Jim Anderson gives so it always looks its best .
