I noticed that I had a new lawn care specialist treating my yard this past visit. I stopped and spoke to him. His name is Ellis Jefferson. He was a very friendly guy that was very attentive to my expectations. I went over all that I expected from TruGreen. He is very aware of my needs. He was very thorough and professional. I would like to ask for you to allow Ellis to be my lawn care specialist from here forward.
Jim Anderson arrived early in the window given and continues to scale our steep yard to give great service.

Very effective service
I feel my service tech, Jim Anderson, is giving my yard a good, thorough evaluation when he comes. He's always available to discuss any potential problems. I don't have to worry about any major problems with my trees and shrubs.
Jim did a great in serving my yard today. I was going to send this in as soon as he finished, but got delayed by a call. Overall, I am extremely pleased with his service today.
Can't say what you could do; maybe nothing. I just want fewer weeds in my lawn.

Please tell Ramtin Jafari the outstanding job that he did today on my tree and shrub application. I have had Ramtin in the past on my other applications, but haven't seen him in the last 3 months. Once again I am requesting that when my yard needs the Tree and Shrub application to please send him. I prefer him over the other specialist's that have been to my home. So in the future please send him. Also tell him of the excellent job he is doing.

Every since you guys have taken control of my yard a few months ago, my grass has gone from brown to green. That's all that really matters to me at this point. I went through a few companies in a 10 year span claiming that they could get AND keep my yard green and weed free but TruGreen is the only service so far to back up all the promises of an awesome yard. Now I have a yard that I can show off to my friends and neighbors and it feels gooooodddddd!!!!!! Thanks for selling a quality product and a service.

I like that I get a call a day in advance of service dates.
I like that your service works.
I like that I can reschedule service when I need to.
What I don't like
I don't like that I cannot see what the upcoming service is for (weeds, fertilizer, etc).
I don't like that that I cannot change the number of service dates.
