You let me know when you are coming and what you are going to do. You talk to me about your applications, what they are for and what you did. My grass looks beautiful and my bushes and trees look healthy and great. Your prices are fair but not the cheapest. But I believe the value of care I get is worth the price.

I have used TruGreen services for more than 10 years, they are very professional, patient, and on time. Every time before their services, we are noticed in advance and send us the feedback after the services have done.

The rep that did our aeration and seeding was fantastic! He noticed bare spots in or lawn and took extra time to aerate those areas well and ensure that we have good seed coverage. He took the time I would've taken to ensure we have a green lawn next summer. That's what I want from my lawn care provider!

I want to mention special thanks to Kevin Menadue - who during the service on11/24/20, found a currency bill (dropped my one of my kids in the lawn) and was gracious enough to put it in the service summary envelope. It shows great character and unfortunately I was not around to thank him personally for going above and beyond what the job calls for.

I love how my lawn looks especially compared to my neighbors who do not use your service but I have a complaint. Yesterday I came home to find the gate to my fence standing wide open. This is the 2nd time in a row that this has happened. The gate is fully functional so there is no reason for this to happen. I have a dog that I love greatly and if I hadn't seen the gate standing open she could have escaped and been hit by a car. This really makes me upset and while my lawn looks great if this happens again I will discontinue service. It is unacceptable.

If my problem has not been resolved they come back a second time and resolve it for me

All the lawn specialists who come to our house have been very respectful of our property and following all the Covid recommendations. When we do go outside to ask a question or make a comment they have been very helpful with information. This last week was Kelsey B. and he was great in answering my questions.

It took a little while to get everything sorted out but it appears now it is clear to all servicing the property that they are servicing the front and rear. My last service was performed by Kelsey B. and appears to have been done correctly. While this years lawn condition was just average, I recognize that you came in mid-season to correct what the previous company could not get right. Looking forward to a better result next year once you have had a full year to apply your treatments.

Recently I gave a very low service review because my grass was killed by a technician who did not follow instructions.After watching my grass begin to die, I commenced calling one customer service Reps one after another with no success. These customer Reps all said they would escalate my damaged lawn issues to a manager. I know they did. Not one manager called back, or left a msg. this went on for several weeks. Frustrated,getting absolutely nowhere in terms of help, I gave a 1 star feedback review.

However, the very next morning, Anthony Sproles, Customer Experience Manager, showed up at my address at 9:15 a.m. He was the consummate professional.Not only did he appraise the grass, soil, and damage, He asked skilled and intelligent questions to best undo the damage in addition to working with my HOA, as by then there was dirt in my front yard.

Mr. Sproles wasted no time in scheduling the work that would ultimately provide excellent ground cover. Within a couple weeks, beautiful healthy grass germinated and is continuing to sprout.
The reason I choose to stay with TruGreen is because of this highly professional, service oriented employee.. Thank you, Mr. Sproles.
