Although my front lawn has not done well this year, I am very pleased on your follow up and work to try and improve it. My service tech...Jennifer I believe.... does an excellent job of communicating with us. She is always pleasant and always makes me feel she is concerned and does her best to help us. She communicates my concerns and takes action to immediately try and fix it. Due to the condition of my lawn, I was considering changing companies, but will continue for another year to see if she can get my lawn back into shape next year.

It made my lawn look great. Also it's easy doing business with you. The days notice before you come makes it easy for me to open my gates, so your guys can get in.
Last couple times you came out our weeds weren't taken care of and I was going to give you a call and take pictures but since this came in the email I'll just tell you straight out not happy with the weeds we still havie in the yard and would like it taken care of! Clover looking things and also straight out weeds.

Exceptional specialist! Peter Kight explains every time what he is going to apply and what it does to help the lawn, whenever he spots anything that needs attention he shows me and take's care of it, he also explains what I can do also.
