Your lawn care worker came to our home to do a treatment and I told him we didnt pay for our services yet. He asked me if we wanted to renew this year and he made a call for me to set it up. I gave the man the info he needed and my yard was done at that time. The young mans name is Isaiah Ford....very polite and he explained what he was going to do. He also asked about other treatments he could do and we declined at this time. He was not pushy but made it clear and said we could add to our plan any time. Thank you

Service is always prompt and I get notified ahead of the application. Have a problem each year on the billing side. I pay for the year to get the discount, but each year I get a bill for a single application and have to take the time to call and get it corrected. It's annoying to do this every year. The server comes in and let you know what they plan to do and ask if you have any questions. They answer your question, do their job, leave the paper work and are gone. With all the years of service I have never had a problem.
Ease of posting
Today my lawn was serviced by your Jennifer Tillery. Ms. Tillery did a great job and was able to work quickly. She is a very nice person and It is my hope that she will be the one to return the next time my lawn is serviced.
Jennifer knows what to do at my place. It is a complicated story, so I do not allow technicians to operate if I am not home. Sometimes you send new people.
The phone call the day before you are coming to service the lawn helps a lot during peak mowing season. Lawn looks good after being treated
