Your service people are very helpful and knowledgeable. However, services were started this year without prior confirmation. Please do NOT do that in 2018. We are elderly and our situation changes. I wouldn't want you to apply an application and not get paid.

I noticed grubs in my lawn and called my service technician, Deb Tauber, immediately. She responded right away. She happened to be in the area and showed up in less than 30 minutes, assessed the problem and put down additional grub control. She didn't have enough material on her truck to complete the job and came back a day later to complete the task. She is fantastic, has a great attitude and takes the time to explain the services she provides and discuss what other treatments my lawn may need. She is a real asset to you and to me.
