Very good service. This is my first year with Tru-green, and I am very satisfied with the service and the results.
I would like to commend TruGreen for hiring very competent, friendly, and informative service personnel. These Specialists are the faces we talk to during their service. They represent TruGreen. We are very happy with the people who have taken the time to explain exactly what they are doing and how it will affect our lawn.

On 9/20/18 as Josh prepared to apply our lawn with fertilizer, I went out to speak with him. He took as much time as I needed to get my questions answered. He was friendly and very knowledgable. The young man who did my tree and shrub treatment did an outstanding job! Now, if you could only get my grass to look like it should with all the lawn treatments; that would be icing on the cake!
The service is good, we like the calls before you come out, and the staff is very friendly. I think you do try to oversell a bit, but I guess that’s business. Paul Dugan, especially, is very helpful and friendly.

I have to tell you how pleased we are with our new specialist Amanda. This summer she discovered a patch of Chinch Bugs and was so upset. She treated the area and I thought she was going to cry, she took it so personally. It's been quite a while since we have had someone so dedicated to helping make our lawn the best looking on the street.
The other day she was spraying the yard behind us and still looked over and was thrilled to see the grass coming back in the spot.
I know she is new and still learning, but she is quite an asset to Trugreen and we are happy she has our route.

Your technicians are very courteous and whenever I ask a question of them, they are always courteous in explaining the treatments to me.
Truck shows up as scheduled. Operator performs services, marks lawn as treated, leaves bill and departs.. Second tear, no complaints yet.
