My lawn looks great except for the perimeter. There are many weeds. I bought a weed killer that was not suppose to kill the lawn - not true. I now have brown spots on the lawn.
I had talked with one of your sales people last month and told them I no longer wanted the mosquito service. Someone showed up yesterday and no one was home. Today I got a bill for this service that I cancelled. I need you to remove this service and remove the invoice. I only want the Lawn Service.

I like the fact that I am informed the day before service is scheduled to arrive. And I appreciate the fact that the treatment is sprayed on to ensure a more even application, and no ruts are left in the lawn due to using an ATV, as some other companies have done.

I like the fact that if I have a problem, you will come back to treat it. I also think that Gregory is an excellent technician. It would be nice if the technician could knock on my door to ask if I have some specific areas that need treatment. I know that due to Covid you don’t like to do this. If I had an idea of what time you would be here, I could be waiting.

I have no weeds and the entire lawn is green. I cut it at 3 inches s it stays green even during a hot and dry summer.
