Grass looks green
TruGreen calls in advance to announce the date that the rep. will come to provide the service, then, on the day of service, lets the customer know that the rep. is on the way. The service is provided quickly and efficiently. If we're home, we can speak with the rep.and get tips and information. When we compare our lawn with those of our neighbors, there is a noticeable difference - ours looks better, with fewer weeds and burned patches. Several neighbors use a different company and, especially during dry periods, have burned patches all through their lawn. After the service is provided, the rep. leaves a notice on email that the service is finished and gives an explanation of that service.

I am very particular about my lawn. I have been with true green for many years and have been happy with the service. I used to get 6 applications a year but when the increase when to 86 dollars a application, my wife and i are on a fixed income, and had to cut it back to 4. Believe me that hurt i like the 6 more so. I have had the same service tech do my lawn all the time because i want them to get use to how it looks and what happens to let me know or i let them them what going on and it has worked. For the last couple of years i had a tech named Gregory, he and i understood each other and help by letting each one know why they see or what might have to be done to keep it as beautiful as it is. I am responsible, for 80% of the people in my neighborhood for having true green. But there has been times when i was ghosted by the tech just sat in the truck and never did a thing, 2 times, then my tech Tech Gregory would show up and ask what did to my lawn it looks like crap. Gregory is now gone, I either want Devin or Alex to do my lawn and knock on my door and let me know that he is here, no more just sitting in the truck and getting out to put the flag in the yard and what they did on my door. If this is a problem for true green call me or text me to discuss it, because i will send the tech home, and not let him do it. Or if he does it and don't tell me he is here or don't do it and leave the bill I will not pay it. If you have questions either call me or email me at the information you have on file for me. Thanks, I am a big fan of TruGreen and always was, just want it to be done what i pay for by the tech i request thank you.

Love dealing with John Whitty and Shawn Disbrow. They always respond to my questions quickly and even though I live in an HOA Community where all fertilization services are included, I choose to have TruGreen do all of mine because the results are so much better. They are the best!
