So far it has been great, I have been with you for many years and have gotten many clients for you in our neighborhood. I have had Gregory for many years good man was helpful in many ways. He knew my lawn and him and i had a great working arrangement.
There has been a problem now and then when i had someone come and just sit in the truck and never get out only to stick the flag in the ground, that happened a few times, i called and complained and nothing was done. On one instance Gregory done application, and for some reason was sent somewhere else when application 2 and 3 were to be done, which no one once again got out of the truck only to put the flag in my yard. The 4th application and final one Gregory showed up nocked on my door and ask me what happen to my lawn it looked like a mess; I said you noticed that did you and he shook his head. I had talked to him after his departure from your company, and he asked if i remembered Alex and he said if so have them send him, he is also very responsible and takes pride in what he does, so i asked for Alex to continue my applications, BUT HE MUST KNOCK ON MY DOOR AND LET ME KNOW HE IS HERE, AND WE WILL GO OVER THE PROPERTY LINE TOGETHER. THAT IS A MUST RING MY BELL AND TELL ME HE IS HERE. OK I WOULD APPRECIATE THAT VERY MUCH IF I AM TO STAY WITH TRUE GREEN. I use to get 6 applications a year but i am on a fix SS budget and the increase made it difficult. So Yes i am pleased with True green and hope to continue our relationship, with your firm. Khalied completed the job throughly. I would like to request that I get a call ahead of time. I am not sure how far ahead, but we have young grandchildren who come to our house to play often. I want to make sure we make other plans so that they are not in the yard, at all, that day. I know it's usually okay after a few hours, but we would rather not. I also know that I can go into the APP to see when it is scheduled. However, I usually am quite busy throughout the day, and I am not sure I would remember to check.
If it's possible to get a text or phone reminder that someone is coming that day or day after, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I recently had my preemergent/ fertilizer treatment done. I met my Service Specialist, Josh Weber, and he was super friendly and was able to answer a few questions that I had about my lawn. He seemed very knowledgeable and patient when addressing me.
I hope that he will be my permanent Service Specialist this entire season.
