Our specialist, Markel is prompt and efficient. When I was dissatisfied with someone filling in for him ( the person went too fast, no results in weeds, etc.) True Green was able to send Markel to redo the application. They listen to your complaints, Markel rings the bell so I take my dog in; very friendly.

Arrive on date promised
One item to address is to report on lawn areas with obvious problems. I have an area near our patio and next to neighbors yard that looks whitish not green? Dog urine? Pool chemical drainage? Insect damage?
Reps are professional and friendly, offering advice when asked. We appreciate the texts letting us know when reps will arrive and when they are finished.
After 2 applications my lawn had improved 200 %. Unfortunately the drought killed most of my grass. I am hoping that my grass will come back soon💦💦.

Actually I have a complaint about billing. There was an application done a few weeks ago, and, once again, I have yet to receive a bill. I’ll only pay if you send a bill. I’m tired of having to call.
