So far, TruGreen has done a good job with my lawn. I usually get a phone message the day before to alert me to a technician coming out the next day. There have been times I was not successful in rescheduling but that has only happened a couple times. If I have a problem with my lawn, they usually come out promptly to take care of it.

I like the fact that I get phone calls ahead of time & know exactly when someone is coming to service my lawn. I don't have to be home & have been very pleased with how my lawn looked this past summer.
