Employee Frank Engle primarily has worked this property for 21 years now and knows of the wet conditions involved here. Others have twice rutted the yard big time promising to return and repair and roll it. One fellow had no integrity at all as he got stuck ,tore up the side yard terribly and just left, no note ,nothing I was watching out the window . Was tempted several times to get another company and get a refund from you folks. I spend a lot of time and money on my yard and expect my property to be respected by the 15 minute visitor 4 times a year. Since all calls got to a central location there is no personalization of local problems .Calls to the center are vague as to when the man is coming, if its a walk behind or riding ,liquid or dry this time.
