Completely satisfied with your services. The applicators give email notice, apply the product quietly and email notice when they are finished. When I requested that the mosquito poison be discontinued, you gave me no resistance. The lawn appears greener, with fewer weeds.

I would still like to have personal contact with the service person when they are on my property. I understand the COVID issue but do not think that is a valid reason to not have personal discussion about service and what chemicals are bein applied. Also, the service person does not know where some issues and problems are - need the property owner to explain and point out issues.

I would like to tell you that my service technician ( William Langley) is very professional and does a great job with my lawn care applications. He is thorough and careful watching out for the flowers and shrubs. Very courteous and knowledgeable about the True Green process. After having problems in the past with inexperienced techs . Grass burned out in numerous spots , weeds in other spots , broken flowers from dragging hoses over them , vegetable plants killed with over spray from the lawn application just to name a few . I thought about getting another lawn care company ! William is a blessing and the only one I am confident in to do my lawn . Thank You for William Langley . When Matthew Marcano treated my lawn on 8/18/2020, I showed him the nutsedge growing in a few areas in my lawn. I told him that my nutsedge spray bottle said only to spray them when they are small. He looked at the areas and then finished fertilizing the lawn.. Well, 2 weeks later, I am noticing the nutsedge is all brown and dying! He did not say he would spray those weeds!!! Wow! What a surprise. What a thoughtful employee!
The app makes it easy to renew and prepay. I like the text notifications for service.

The man actually came on the day that they said he would. The only negative things were that he hit a couple of the stones in the backyard and bumped the edge of the siding in the back and unhooked it.
I have stayed with TruGreen for 20 years under a few conditions.
There is biannual hedge and tree trimming, particularly keeping any branches from damaging the roof or siding.
The annual service cost include all services, particularly stopping the phone calls during the year of additional services, or treatments that were not included in the annual program. Grubs, spiders etc. these should all be considered for the year.
And while I have outlasted a number of program managers, I have always asked that a note be place in my account to share this information.
I’m posting this as a periodic reminder.
Well, when I have a problem with the lawn and call, you send out someone to help and take care of it. I think the lawn looks pretty good this year. Keep up the good work.
I like the instant message service you use to notify of upcoming service dates & times. I'm satisfied with the results of my first year of service however, I do have problem areas in my lawn that I would like your input on. I signed on tonight to see if you offered on-line, lawn care troubleshooting but was unable to find anything. It would be helpful if my contract entitled me to such a resource from my professional lawn care service.
