prompt service / you re-apply if needed, lawn looks nice

Up until now I was very happy with the way you took care of my lawn. But I had asked
you to send someone out to look at some brown spots that appeared after the last
fertilization.
Someone came. Never rang the doorbell to talk with us. I don't know what he looked
at. I had some at the fence line and outside in the swail but that was due to the
flooding back in July .
My husband saw him as he was getting into his truck to leave and tried to explain to him.
But he never came back into the yard to look at anything.

No hassle, Didn't even know they had been there. Lawn looks great!!! They e-mailed me to let me know when they were coming and after they were there.

1.The overall cost to treat my properties.
2. If my weeds aren't dying, you will re-treat at no cost.
3. The automated phone call the day before. It gives me time to notify my tenants.

The young man who is taking care of my lawn is very pleasant and very knowledgeable,and seems to really care about making my lawn look good.

It works great for me to prepay early in the year at a discounted rate. Then I never have to worry about when my next treatment will be.

TruGreen has done a great job. We have expanded our services because your treatment team is prompt and thorough. We had one call back because of a tough weed encroachment situation and your team was back out quickly and got the problem under control.

They are prompt and thorough, and when I tell you about a problem you promptly fix it. My lawn has never looked better, and my neighbors are happy that I don't have a lot of dandelions spreading to their lawns.

Reasonable pricing, good notice of service dates. I have already referred and you are now doing an apartment complex in Pewaukee as a result of my recommendation.

Consistent comprehensive lawn care and pleasant service staff.

My lawn looks like carpet and we get alot of compliments. However, I do not appreciate a $300 charge on my bill for a service I did NOT approve this year! I expect to be asked before any extra service is performed on my lawn. If that happens again I will not pay for the service.

The fact that I am called the day before so I can have windows closed, not caught cutting grass or raking leaves when representative comes. Weeds do disappear as they are suppose to. Great Service.

I just recently had a service performed by my specialist Thomas Couture and wanted to say he was very professional and detailed. I am not sure if he has done my yard in the past but he actually knocked on the door, asked about my concerns addressed them and then notified me of what he did prior to departure. Again he noted any issues, call and I will be back to take care of them. I really hope Thomas continues to do my yard, he seems to have a great attitude, passion and is very very customer focused and friendly.
