We weren't here when the service was done, but the note left said that we have mole/vole damage to trees /shrubs. It would be helpful to know which trees/shrubs he was referring to, as I was not able to find the damage. He always does an excellent job and answers questions when I am here to ask them. It would be helpful for a little more information when we are not present, especially when describing something like damage to trees.

For the most part I really like the service I receive. This year I have had weeds that are showing up regularly (thistles and dandelions). My lawn goes dormant regularly and not sure why. Each year since I have been there with the exception of 1 or 2 out of 18 I have over seeded and aerated each year but still is one of the first lawns in the neighborhood to go dormant if there is not much rain. It is too expensive to water as much as needed to keep it green. The only suggestions from Trugreen is water and aerate. I think that there is another problem.

He answers any questions I have and has even gone out of his way to pull pictures up on his phone to see if I recognize the weed I was trying to tell him about. Easy and convenient

First off the job you were hired to do is working out very good so far. Most of the creeping Charlie is disappearing. I have to say, I've had countless people come to my home, some rang the doorbell & some didn't. But the woman that performed your services today (Ashley Sifuentes) did it in the most professional matter. She explained what I had, as far as weeds & described them by name. Very knowledgeable & very, very polite. If you can arrange it.....I want Ashley to perform my/your services every time. She's pleasant to have around.

I'm a retired General Foreman & I had 200 people that I supervised in the machine shop at the Oilgear Co. It goes without saying that when a person is doing a bad job, you have to mention it to that person & on the flip side, when a person is doing an outstanding job, you have to mention it to that person as well. I want to cancel my services with true green as of 8/31/2017

Mike has been servicing my lawn this year...and when he heard that I had questions about how to best treat the broad-leaf grasses and crab grasses, he stopped over to discuss this and then followed up with a call. I was able to call him back and he took the time to explain what has been done and what can and will be done. He was back almost immediately to treat my areas of concern. The personal service was exceptional. Thank you!
