We don’t have to call for any applications-you know what to do and when to do it. What I don’t like is when our caller id shows Tru Green calling and no one leaves a message-they just hang up. If you leave a message I WILL call back.

I don't have to worry that the lawn won't be taken care of.

I like if I forget to open the gate to the backyard, they come back the next day. Have them call me. I'll let them know how to do this to avoid coming back. Love your service! Nature Scape was good for many years. Than ruined our lawn and my parents. My parents lawn had to be replaced in large areas and didn't take responsibility. One of their workers told her why. I'm not going to say why. Dad passed away last November. Mom won't let anyone touch her lawn now. We'll take care of it. Nature Scape should be ashamed of themselves! Thank you guys! Name removed

1st time application.

Was greeted by a very nice technician that took time to explain what he was doing today. I appreciated that he manually walked behind a two-wheeled spreader vs. using a ride-on machine. A competitor service at times gouged my lawn, but no worries this way. Very pleased at this point.

The service people inform me a day or two ahead of time that they will be coming, and they are always neat and quiet while treating my lawn. They also make sure my gates are shut properly so that my dogs cannot escape when allowed outside.
