We are finally getting back on track. I've had the same tech for 3 months now and he is doing a great job. Before that I was ready to cancel. I give Brian Watson a thank you. Tru Green should also give him a lot of credit. Without him doing my service TruGreen would of lost me as a customer.

Response to my letting you know what I was experiencing. Had crab great, now gone, had creeping Charlie, now gone. No visable weeds. Grass is healthy. It was a mess before I hired TruGreen. I will have them come next year to maintain the lawn. Also summertime cost is reasonable. If I call about something that didn’t happen, they come back again. It is a good company.

I have a big yard, and you take care of every blade of grass I have! The lawn always looks healthy and attractive.

I've been using TruGreen for about 5 years, ever since our original lawn maintenance fella retired.

The weed/feed TruGreen has applied has worked extremely well. We have about 8 acres and the lawn always looks healthy and is about 99% weed-free. The fellas who apply the product are friendly and professional.

We've also used TruGreen for special issues, e.g., grubs, bare spots, dollar spots, etc. When these occur, at times it's difficult to get the quick attention we'd like to see --- and at times I've phoned and/or e-mailed my dissatisfaction with the delays. But, once they focus on my issues, their products do exactly what I had hoped they would do.

Overall, I'd give them an 8.5 on a scale of 1 (low) - 10 High).
