Going well so far. Just wanted to mention that today the tech was only going to service the front yard because there was some confusion with the way the ticket was written. We cleared it up and she did treat the whole yard but you may need to check why the ticket said treat front only.

Great working with Patrick in taking care of all aspects of my yard. Workers like him help make your company look good. He takes pride in the job he does.

Patrick continues to do a great job taking care of my lawns needs. Enjoy being able to mow my lawn without having to bag the clippings because of weeds which are mostly under control. Virginia buttonweed is hard to kill but the zoysia is trying to choke it out.

The service man (Vincent) seem to be really concerned aboput our lawn. He is very polite and suggestful on what we should do to partner with him to achieve the yard we desire.

I like the tech. He does a great job. However, the customer service, live chat, and call center are absolutely terrible and have almost made me leave as a customer.

There is always a call to remind me of upcoming service, the service provider has always been very courteous, considerate and professional during lawn care service. He is also very informative about the services provided and welcomes questions about needed services.

Have been a customer for many years. Most of my neighbors discontinued their accounts but I kept with TruGreen. I,too, have had issues. For the most part, my problems have bee addressed.
