I've had TruGreen for years. The service to my lawn was so terrible I contemplated many times on quitting the service. After many attempts with my service people to see what I have been complaining about , I finally got the best guy yet. I've had him twice now and he is by far the best, most attentive service guy I've ever had in all the years I've been with you. His name is Trevin Peters. He is the only one that has stayed for more than 10 minutes and walks my property with his weed killer back pack. He has address all concerns and I couldn't be happier. Thank you TruGreen for hiring such a great asset to your company

I’m going to tell you what I don’t like — I actually telephoned about this the first time which obviously did No Good; so now I am complaining in writing. The computer print out says the same bull as the first one: My property has containers of standing water that I should empty. You are providing mosquito services and you see containers of standing water, you should assume that I am not so stupid that I wouldn’t empty them to avoid mosquitoes if I knew they were there. Either I am too stupid to know containers of standing water breed mosquitoes or I am too lazy to empty them??? Insulting!!! Perhaps I never saw them maybe because my eyesight is not good or perhaps I am not capable of walking around my yard to see them, which in my case is the truth - I cannot walk around my yard. Why don’t you just empty them and say, “Please be advised that I emptied three containers of standing water in your yard. Standing water is where mosquitoes breed.”? That is informative but not insulting and it makes your technician appear to be a nice guy instead of a lazy, insulting guy.
Kindly consider my good advice.
On 10/25/23, Mance McKeithan serviced my yard. He was very professional and took time to explain different weeds in my yard. Although I would like the treatments I am paying for to kill them, he explained about the nutsedge and that I should wait and request a retreatment in 10-21 days if the other weeds are not showing signs of dying.
It was a pleasure to speak with him and he was very knowledgeable about your services. I would recommend him to anyone.
