The District supervisor reacts promptly and effectively to solve problems.. But my 9 is a temporary rating because I h\ave had to brief an experience with TRU GREEN. In one instance aFTER my last application within five minutes after the application, a torrential thundfer- storm began , lasting some 15 minutes and washing away most of the front side, and back of my lawn. When I reported the incident I was promised that a new spread would occur in about two weeks at no charge to me.
I have yet to see if it will happen as promised..
