Last year was my first year to use TruGreen in Florida. Mark is the specialist here and is doing a great job. My law looked the best it has since it was put in (4 years). It means a lot to have the same person servicing the account. I haq to cancel my TruGreen account in Hixson, TN because they could not keep service personnel and were not doing a good job. I had been with the Hixson service since 2014. Thanks to Mark I am happy here in Florida.

Technicians neatness of dress, personal appearance, courtesy and willingness to answer pre and post treatment questions. Knowledge of the technician. Willingness of the local manager to respond, in person, when requested. Value of services for the money.

I love your service. At the moment I have renters in my house, sometimes they say they can’t be bothered by your service. But, later in this year when I return to my house, I would love for your service to help fix any patches that went untreated due to my renters.

You start off questioning and asking for reply card, for service.from neighborhood. Gradually adding treatment, during and after season changes. No complaints for prompt, courteous, and continuous service.

We're new to Florida and not real familiar with the lawn treatments and timing necessary to grow (and keep!) a beautiful lawn. Our True Green dedicated service tech, Jeremy Bowler, has done a great job in five months with what started out as an unloved plot of weeds. Having the same tech get to know "his lawn", on our property, makes a big difference. He started with a full analysis and has gotten to know it and treat it as his own. In addition, the application materials your company uses are not something I can easily find if I were to do it myself. Overall - Great tech, excellent applications, and easy to follow instructions for me to do my part.

Jeremey from branch #5108 took great care to explain the services being done and how long it took till they work. Things made a lot more sense and now I know what to look for. He was very polite and efficient. He place tags and notices in the grass and made sure I felt comfortable with my dogs. You can't find service like that anymore. Great Job and knowledge!

Your appointment set-up system and your summaries of the services provided. I must say I was unhappy when the tree and shrub service technician (Ft Walton, FL) did not close our fence gate upon finishing the service. We have a pet and expect the gate to be closed.

I was very please with Mr. Vincent Miller's performance this afternoon. He took his time to explain the action that he would take, and listen to our concerns. I will renew my services for sure, thank you True Green!

I love the advance notice regarding schedules, the route tracking, the notification knock on the door, the cautionary signs in the lawn, and the notices left at the door that service has been provided, the name of the technician, and the detailed sheet left. We have had the best crew servicing our lawn: Vincent Miller (several times), Shannon Gunter, Brian McCleod (several times), Andrew Hovermale (several times) and Mark Scheibelhut -- all under the supervision of David West. Mr. West has called me several times to be certain we were satisfied and to explain additional services available, etc. Our yard went from almost gone to so lush, healthy and green. The brand new sod in the back yard looks like it has been there forever. I can truly attest to the product and the staff. Thank you!!
