There is usually a technician that has been around before & knows my yard. There is some continuity of care. This last service, Stanley Morgan came around. He had serviced my yard before & saw damage that had been done by the previous technician. I think Stanley serviced my yard to try to compensate for the damage done by the previous treatment. We'll see if the yard appearance improves. There were big areas of damage by too much material used, we both thought.

On 5-11-21, Kevin Destefano from center 5100 performed my Outside Legacy Pest treatment. Upon arrival, he asked me if I had any bug concerns and told me what he was going to do. I appreciate his interest and concern for my home.
On 5-27-21 Benjamin Little from center 5100 came to perform my Truhealth Lawn treatment. He left me detailed notes about his findings and left me instructions about how to better treat my lawn. I appreciate his time an effort in leaving me that information.
I appeciate coming back later in the day after the initial schedule issue on Turgreen's part. Please sweep/blow off the walks/drive if granules spill onto them. Very happy with the quality of the products and knowledge and courtesy of the tech. This will probably be a 5 next time. Thanks.
I am a new customer. We got off to a bumpy start due to so many people wanting to be involved in making the sale but NO ONE following up on promises made but me, regarding scheduling. I dumped my last company because they could not meet the occasional constraint time, or even day, and I was told it would be no problem with TruGreen. That was mostly not true, but I made it work out...with a bit too much effort on my part than should have been needed. After the first meetings with my techs to show them no-spray areas, specific gates come through, and a couple of other things, I'd not care when they came, other than don't schedule me for Wednesdays when I have other contractors working in the yard (I want to give each the courtesy not to be bothered by the other). Apparently the first service day was scheduled before they input the constraint, so for my first two services, techs arrived HOURS outside of when they would, and I wasn't home. Very aggravating to sort out and rechedule through a call center that is understaffed. Yes, I did sort it out after 6 phone calls (should not have had to make but one). The service worked out well for each, with one exception: If you put granular products down and they spill onto walkways/driveways, PLEASE sweep/blow them off to avoid staining. I have brand new pavers (cost $15,000) and saw granules left. But things look good, and I'm happy with the products used and reports/info I am getting--very thorough and it's clear the techs are actaully making an assessment and giving me feedback I need specific to my property (something my last company did not do well at). TruGreen is about 35% more expensive, and it will be worth the extra amount if the level of service keeps up (this have been a problem with other companies too). So PLEASE keep up the good work and we'll all be happy! Thanks.
