Always great service. People always remark about how healthy our yard looks. Your Tech, Mr. Leopold Phenestor was performing our lawn service on 7/10/2021 and noticed we were having trouble with rust fungus & insects on our Hawthorn bushes which were suffering from bright red infected leaves. Because of his recommendations, we have purchased the tree & shrub plan to maintain our ornamental shrubs & plants. Thank you Matthew for contacting us on purchasing the plan. We were doing the services ourselves but illness in the family has made it difficult to maintain so turning over to the pros was the best way to go. The timely manner you get back if I have questions. The no hassle of calls you txt letting me know when someone is working. The overall service is turn key and my grass has never looked as good as it does now.

We received our first treatment this week and I was surprised when we were charged for 2 services. I assumed that feeding, insect and weed control were part of normal service.
Yet I received an additional charge for the insect control. I do not want to receive multiple billings at a single service and would like an explanation of how this is going to work.

Not sure why the visit was today. I only have an issue with fire ants, and want to make sure we address that. The problem I have been having is with coordination on the schedule because I keep getting different dates and even the techs are not sure why they are coming out. I am hoping one of them is here to re-treat/address the ongoing fire ant issue. Management/ownership really needs to address the terrible coordination among those that schedule/advise of service.
Thanks to Paul for the explanation. What is scheduled to happen and info in the text I receive a bit confusing. The invoice/summary Paul left is fine. Working through the app is atrotious for customer service...horrrible.
