Matthew has consistently picked up the phone calls and texts from me. He was been responsive the the difficult problem of Tropical Signalgrass (and St. Augustine, if you will) infestations in my Princess Bermuda Grass seeded variety (now that the industry lost MSMA it is hard to control!). He read the research I sent him with his manager and came up with the right mix of specialty selective herbicides that was recommended. Poor guy, probably did not count on having me (with a background in agriculture) give so much input on the herbicide selection. But he has done a good job so far. Looking forward to what the lawn will look like once TRUGREEN has had a couple more months to work their magic!

While agent Shannon skeans was not authorized to apply a chemical compound to my plants (editable fruits) he none the less, in a professional manner, did provide me with good advice on how to solve my problem.

I would like to thank Supv. Lonnie, Kelvin Rainwater, and Kevin DeStefano. Their customer service has been amazing. On two occasions, Lonnie contacted me by phone to assure me a technician would be coming out to spray my lawn due to a flea infestation. Kelvin and Kevin both came twice to my home to spray. They both were kind and informative. They called on their way, as I requested and continued to communicate with me via phone or text. They always responded to my call or text. I am very appreciative of the time they took to assist me in getting rid of this infestation of fleas. The service since I have started with trugreen has been very good, have called a couple of tea with concerns about my yard and got quick response to address my questions. All the service specialist were very helpful and nice.
Shannon Skeans was very informative and helpful on the last visit. He knocked on the door and let me know he was there and what he would be doing which is very considerate and helpful for us. He explained exactly what he was doing and I observed him performing the job as he described. We have had several different companies over the years but this one is superb. TruGreen is doing a great job and our yard is greatly improving from their treatment.
Representative explained to me the service being rendered and answered my questions/concerns and gave further information as to the proper care for my lawn. Although he completed the job quickly, he was thorough (as I watched through the window) and took his time explain again the service and asked if I had any questions and or concerns. Was simply a professional who didn't oversell and take up my time with useless banter. Thanks.
