Ms. Kelsey Matthews is very professional and knowledgeable. I've requested for Ms. Kelsey to be my technician from the first time she treated my property. Now she's had to correct another technician mess up. This is directed to Mr. Romming and the higher up, I'm requesting Ms. Kesley Matthew's as my technician! I'm tried of the technician messing up, and not keep the follow ups.
The technician Kelsey Matthews, she's always gone out of her way to try an correct another technician mess up. Now there's an ongoing fungus disease that the other technician refused to pay closed attention to, and there's Kelsey, the problem solver. I'm requesting and demanding Ms. Kesley as my technician again! She's asking for a two week follow up, I want Ms. Kesley do the two week follow up and to continue to be my regular technician.
Josh did great job on the first ant app, called ahead as requested. Tyreek did good job with treatment, but did not call ahead. Only knew he was there because I went to leave and he was sitting in van In my yard.

Afterward, one of my neighbors mentioned that she saw him & was very impressed with how thorough he was. That's adding another real compliment coming from this neighbor!
