The primary reason I gave TruGreen all 10s is because of the specialist that services our lawn. Specialist BRANDON WILFONG has given us great service. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Brandon gives us advise on proper watering and keeps us informed on how our lawn is doing. If we have a problem he promptly follows up and gets the problem under control. We trust Brandon completely to keep our lawn one of the best looking in our neighborhood. As long as we have Brandon Wilfong taking care of our lawn we will be loyal Trugreen customers, as we have been for many years.
Rod does a great job and he also takes the time to ask me what my concerns are and then provides it....
Rod was able to adjust the sprinklers on the front lawn for me so that they would water the lawn better and help areas that are suffering. He was very helpful and I appreciate it very much.
I am typically not home but today when Cody Sherrod and companion knocked on my door to let me know they were going to service my lawn I was very impressed. Cody was very professional and he answered all of my questions. He also provided feedback in person after applying the treatment.

Want to keep new technician Tim Kunsel branch 5066, did an excellent job, his first visit at my home. Gave great information and customer service! He came over from Scotts.
Over the last 10 years I have gone for whatever reason thru dozens of tech specialist. Today January 9th was another one those times and this time his name was Robert(5066) he knocked on my door at 8:30 am presented himself and went on to explain very PATIENTLY what was going on with my area and why so many different techs had been in and out. He then went on to THOROUGHLY explain what my specific needs were and how he was going to address the problem areas. I felt extremely grateful that Robert took the time to explain everything slowly and was very nice in doing so. I hope this is the beginning of a long standing route for him. I have nothing but wonderful experiences with Trugreen and will remain a loyal customer as long as possible.
Great service however, the schedule of when service is to occur is very unclear and confusing. I have to call every time to find out what is going on. And even now I do not know when the 10 lawn care visits should be.
The service was very professional and courteous. Questions were answered and recommendations given. Lawn is coming along real well.

I'm old and easily confused. LOL I do have a lot of questions and he was super patient with me. He also pointed out some things I needed to know. He's a Ravens fan and as a life-long Steeler fan you know he had to be good! :-}
