Very professional and courteous attention to our lawn needs. Costs are reasonable. They do not impose or enforce other services on their customer. Also, give the customer a reminder call for services rendered ahead of the date of the procedure. If needed, they will also ring your bell or knock if you wish to speak with them when they come. If not, they will leave a bill and a full description of the procedure they performed on your front door.

Paul Thompson serviced my sprinkler system today and he did an excellent job. I have had others do the same but never as good as Paul. He was courteous explained what he was doing and did a great job.
Cody Sherrod has been doing a great job maintaining my yard. My end goal is simple, drive in / out of my driveway and see nice green grass. Also for my dogs to be able run around the backyard without playing in mud / dirt. Cody has done just that and will continue with TruGreen.

They always call us first to give us a notification of a service date before showing up at the house. Also, the company representatives are very willing to work with you if you have a special problem or situation which prevents you from having the regularly-scheduled service performed and you need to reschedule. Our representative, Vernice Caldwell is extremely professional, very polite, and always friendly. He is very knowledgeable about the treatments, products, and spotting problem areas, if there are any. You can count on Mr. Caldwell's good service and he is a good representative for TruGreen.
