Cody Sherrod did a fabulous job for me today, even answering some questions about shrubs. That isn't his speciality so he sent pictures to a shrub specialist for me. Cody went way out of his way to give me great service.

Jason did the aeration on 2/27/2017 and did a good job. BUT your web-site is terrible to navigate. Your web-site does not follow the go to format as out lined on your invoice therefore this will be the last e-mail you receive from me.

Burt is actually probably the most knowledgeable lawn person you have sent. We discussed the issues and he identified some of the "weeds" that you do not have any product to remove. we discussed some other issues and he gave me reasons for the problems and a long term plan to resolve. Can you please make Burt my lawn person since I keep getting people that don't know what they are doing and destroy my yard, and I finally got a visit from someone that has been with you for a long time (not leaving like all the others that FINALLY learn their job)

Reliable and reasonable
Burt was great. Something that would be beneficial is more information about how to fix patches and when or how to put out grass seeds. You could even add seeding to your services.
Burt at branch # 5066 did and excellent job on my lawn. He took the time to review with me any concerns both before and after the treatment. He made specific recommendations which I appreciated.
I only wanted to commend my specialist for extraordinary caring and communication. And actually, I found this survey much too demanding of my time ..... beside the fact it could be a little more user friendly. For Instance: How do I know if I've succeeded in (number 23) without submitting. In my opinion an option of I don't know yet would be desirable..
1. Friendly technician who applies products with a professional attitude. Brent has provided spot-on comments and advice that have helped me build a better lawn.
2. Service gets results - better than competitor I had originally used.
3. Notification calls the day before are helpful.
So far on the 1st visit, very courteous and professional.
Before I had another technician and I had lot of issues we the lawn but since they change the technician, boy my lawn looks real nice with Trugreen keep up the good work guys

We live in Minnesota 8 months of the year and in FL from Jan-April. Because we are not here for 8 months, we are not able to talk to a technician although we do receive reports through the mail. This morning, technician, Burt, came to our door to let us know he was going to service the lawn and asked if we had any questions. He was very informative and congenial and we appreciated this.
Our technician Dillon is very informative and knowledgeable about our lawn and seems to care about the service we get. This is very hard to find these days. Thank you
