The service provider (Brent) is always courteous and knowledgeable. He explains what he is doing and why and provides options to correct other issues, such as watering options. He also provides a low key sales pitch for other products and/or services provided by Trugreen. I tried to follow the instructions on the "Tell me how I'm Doing" card that Brent provided but I couldn't find the link so this feedback will have to do.
Brent is a pleasure to work with and he has provided excellent service.

The service techs take the time to text me and advise of their approximate arrival time so that if I have any questions or concerns ... they will be available to speak with me ...
I left an email because we were having an issue with some sporadic weeds, In less than 24 hrs the area manager had contacted me, and explained that they were going to do an extra treatment every month(at no cost to me) until we could get our weed issue under control. Our lawn secialist, Cody Sherrod, has been very diligent in dealing with our weed issue. He takes the time to talk to us on every visit, explaining what he is applying on that visit as well as any recommendations he may have regarding watering, etc. He is constantly paying attention to our lawn and giving extra care to any areas that need it.
I like the fact that my lawn looks better than most of the lawns in my development. The person who applies the various chemicals is knowledgeable, and explains to me what is being applied and what it does. If I notice any weeds or any other problem it is taken care of promptly.
Even when we have not been satisfied, someone has taken the time to address the issues we had to make it right.
If the service is not up to standard and I call to correct the problem, the response to great.

I like the fact that we have advance notice as to the day the Technician is coming, that the Technician knocks at the door to let us know that they are here, and that they leave detailed paperwork on our door when the work has been completed. Technician Anthony Paulton completed service on 4-3-17, and we are very happy with TruGreen.

home is being remodeled so no one is there on a regular basis the one day i saw a rep there it was apparent that they were spraying the wrong yard through no fault of the techs as he was new...after calling the office they have since rectified the problem and credited me 2 months service at no charge.
