Friendliness of techs

Professional technicians. Timely way of knowing when the service is scheduled. Unfortunately, I can't see the time window that's been assigned until the technician is on his way. It makes it hard to plan my day. I would prefer to know the time window a day ahead instead of the morning of the scheduled service.

Call in advance so I can be ready. Always leave a good report with recommendations. My lawn has been great with few weeds and a beautiful green color throughout the summer.

Lucia Herrera performed the last two services. She and her assistants did an excellent job communicating, servicing the lawn and remediating for the poor and ineffective service provided by the other lawn care specialists that preceded Lucia in 2021. Quite frankly, Lucia saved the account relationship for True Green because we were on the verge of not renewing with true green for 2022. Now, thanks to Lucia, we will renew.

We have had Lucia in prior years and want her to continue to be our lawn care service provider.

Today, I contacted the Albuquerque office to inquire if the two Arborvitae trees had been fertilized today. I talked to Brian and he was very helpful and assured me he would find out and have the specialist call me back.

I have the best technician that you employ. Her name is Lucia Herrera. She always calls to let me know when she will be here and what service she is to provide on that day. She is caring and very professional.

Notified in advance of technicians arrival. Never a missed appointment and arrive in a timely manner.

I appreciate that I am notified ahead of time what day the technician will be here, so that I can make sure he has access. They do the job quickly and efficiently and close the gates when they leave. My side yard was a weed patch when I first agreed to the service of TruGreen and now there are very few weeds.

Eric Salazar did a fantastic job applying the weed killer/0”pre-emergents to my property, he is very respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable about his job, please send him to my house every time!

I like that they call & text ahead and provide a virtual navigation map as to their location. The applications are fast and I am pleased that they close our gate upon departing our home. I also like the detailed receipt left at our front door.

I have been very impressed with the way our yard was brought back within a year . When we signed up over half our yard was dead. Within the year it has mostly all filled in, and looks green and healthy.
