I like my service tech Robert very much, he was professional & kind. Robert contacted me by phone & email to let me know he was coming, that was important to me because a few years ago when I had Trugreen they wouldn't try to even contact me to let me know they were coming no matter how many times I asked. My yard is already looking better after 1 application. There are quite a few dead looking spots so I hope Robert comes back before a whole month goes by to help my lawn. Thank you Robert !

The techs that service my lawn are terrific. They are knowledgeable and I find communication with them useful and constructive.

I had a scheduled service in May and no one came. I tried calling but had to wait over 4 hours, so I left my number and no one ever called me back. Service with company is difficult and frustrating.

I was unable to get a local number with a local person for assistance. This needs improvement.
So what happens with no service in May, even though I received a call that a tech was to service my lawn at the end of May.

I realize that we are in difficult times with dealing with the constraints that the pandemic created, I just want the ability to communicate with someone!

My lawn looks great and the technicians keep working on the problems if there is any sort of difficulty.

Efficient it keeps our trees healthy and fruit without worms

Before we started having TruGreen provide services for our front yard, we had a very, very sick Ponderosa pine tree. Needles started looking rusty & knew that if we did not do something, we'd lose the tree & perhaps ALL the FY trees. Since then, TruGreen saved the sickly tree to its current gorgeous health.

Entering Four Hills, I'm seeing tons of sick, or most likely probably dead, evergreens. :( Either they were not getting regular watering during this extended drought or diseased. We have to take care of our trees.

We just got our second tree/shrub service this summer from Lucia Herrera, our favorite technician because she communicates with us and takes extra with our trees and bushes. It is so nice that we don't have to spray for spider mites anymore.

My lawn is greener this year. After Adam came and sprayed for the mosquitos we are able to go outside without getting bit. Great job!
