Efficient it keeps our trees healthy and fruit without worms

Before we started having TruGreen provide services for our front yard, we had a very, very sick Ponderosa pine tree. Needles started looking rusty & knew that if we did not do something, we'd lose the tree & perhaps ALL the FY trees. Since then, TruGreen saved the sickly tree to its current gorgeous health.

Entering Four Hills, I'm seeing tons of sick, or most likely probably dead, evergreens. :( Either they were not getting regular watering during this extended drought or diseased. We have to take care of our trees.

We just got our second tree/shrub service this summer from Lucia Herrera, our favorite technician because she communicates with us and takes extra with our trees and bushes. It is so nice that we don't have to spray for spider mites anymore.

My lawn is greener this year. After Adam came and sprayed for the mosquitos we are able to go outside without getting bit. Great job!

Adam R. is the best. He takes his time in treating our yard for mosquitos to make sure he gets areas that may harbor them. Would highly recommend him!

Technicians come on time, but can't communicate using my cell phone in spite of the alert text. I would like to speak to a sprayer before they start just in case there are some areas that need special attention -- or others that I want left alone. Thank you.

In the past Tru-green had rotating people coming out and I was not totally comfortable with the quality of work with different personnel on site. Recently Eric was here to service my lawn and for the first time in years I was not here because of your non rotating staff. Good job on this adjustment ( mangement) !!!)

What I would like to see is a pre-scheduling calendar for my entire summer treatments to inform me of when your folks will be in this area and let me know roughly when I should consider on having the my next lawn treatment. Let me pick the day that works for me not (TRUDY) The Computer. She does not give me enough notice of application date and if I miss her notice then good luck Frank. If the day does not work for me then I have to call back and re-schedule and the call center person informs us as to when they can be here. We are always involved in any scheduling in our home why not your service day as well???

I always get a notification early and they technicians come and do an excellent job. If I am around they always answer my questions. My lawn looks great. It is well worth the money spent.

My lawn is very green and healthy most of the time. I never have any weeds to deal with. Also my lawn stays very green. In addition, my piñon tree is being treated for several kinds of insects. We must keep this tree alive and healthy or if it died it would cost a lot of money to redo the landscaping and possible major waterline issues. I like the woman that does my Desertscape. I do not like the frequency because it is too expensive. This summer I will take more control of which services I subscribe to and the frequency.
