I have not been able to successfully leave favorable comments on your website for months now about our service.

We have pre-paid for years and never have to worry about when Trugreen will service our lawn and trees/bushes. They always call a day ahead to let us know they are coming and there are no bills to deal with.

I am writing to compliment Adam, the Service Technician of April 16. Of all the technicians who have provided service, he alone actually listens to our questions and concerns and dialogs with us. He is a good example of what your Techs should be like.

The service is there whenever I need reapplications, and no charge.

Yesterday, Carlos performed our desert service. He did a good job with the service; however, he left both gates open. Luckily, I noticed it before letting my dogs out. If they had gotten out into the street, they could have been killed. Please remind employees to close the gates when they are finished. Thank you.

I like the fact that I can talk to representatives and find out what type of services I have. I live in the southwest and didn't know that they spray weeds that are growing in the rock areas I have. One of the representatives told me that. I don't remember her name, but kudos to her.

The technician was courteous, but we never got an automated call from TruGreen notifying us of the service date. This is critical, as we must unlock a gate to allow entry to our backyard. As an additional courtesy, a previous technician would call us early in the morning to let us know when to expect her (which would again be appreciated)
