I thought both Chad White and Darius G were excellent representatives of TruGreen. I'll be honest, I haven't heard very good things about TruGreen's service or their products, but I thought based on my communication with Chad that I would give them a try. I though Darius was extremely professional and did a good job spraying my yard.

Oswald Franco serviced my trees and shrubs yesterday. He introduced himself and explained what he would be doing. Afterwards he asked if I had any questions or concerns. I found him to be professional, cheerful and knowledgeable. Now if it will only get warm enough to encourage everything to awaken and start growing.

I have had trugreen for a while and you always do good work. Dustin D. is a knowledgeable man when it comes to plants, he was also courteous and very efficient.

The lawn service made a noticeable difference. It has basically eliminated weeds and clover that I would try to hand pick every few weeks, which was a losing cause. The lawn looks much more uniform and better overall.

My lawn always looks better than others in the neighborhood. It's very green at this point in the season. I'm looking forward the weather warming for the the grass to really show itself. I will need to be cutting it soon...The technicians are knowledgeable and answer all questions I ask.

I've been with true green for Several years....took a break for a little>>was going to try it my self..they called me ..well i'm back ...they promise to take care of our lawn..to our satisfaction ...

Our service technician today was Jason Robinson. Jason did an excellent job of treating our yard.

Anthony S notified me when he arrived, explained what today's treatment would address, and let me know before he left that he found some weeds and noticed lawn is a sparse. Let me know what he did to remedy these issues.

Daniel Jenkins just completed our Lime Service. When I asked him about the soil amendment he wasn't sure about who was going to do that part of the service. What I really appreciated about him was that he didn't know the answer, but before he left he reached out to find the answer! He even took it a step further to add it to his notes so I don't have to call and schedule this free service. He said they will reach out to me to schedule it and took the time to explain what they do and the benefits. He was patient with all my questions and didn't seem in a hurry. I asked several people during my service last year (my first year using TruGreen) about this service and no one was able to tell me about how it worked and I never received the service. I'm not sure if I was just in a "cookie-cutter" service last year but thanks to Daniel, I have more confidence that my service will be tailored to my lawn this year. Thank you!
