Serviceman Alfonzo Moore is a nice gentleman and is very thorough and courteous. The only reason I gave a 9 was that we didn't receive a call from the office to let us know he was coming. That's the management's fault, not Al's.
I like that Kelly Sturdivant took care of the billing problem of always trying to tack on additional charges that we did not request. We prepay every year and do not request additional items so we don’t expect additional bills.
I like my local tech-Al Moore, branch 5965. He always takes the time to listen to me as I talk about my lawn. He provides good info as to what I need to be doing to keep it healthy. He is a great asset to your company.

I wasn't at home when Tru Green Specialist Keyarda S arrived and instead of reschedule for another day he addressed the situation and completed the job. I was super pleased that
he worked around my issue of my vehicle being in the way.
I also like the detail service information before and after each visit.
Last but not least TruGreen Service Rep ARE Prompt.
I get a call before each service to make sure we want the service at that time . The service people who come to the house are very respectful and courteous ! They are friendly and informative !

What I like about the service is that you consistently send my chosen tech who knows my lawn and it's needs. I can't stress how important it is to have Al on the regular basis to care for my lawn.

For years I have a lot of problem from True Green. We were not communicate of what I want for the services that I wanted. I don't know whether you have changed your policy or staff but I have noticed the big changes that I have been receiving from your company. I watched from the inside looking out while he did his work.
I can't find his name on the slip, but he serviced my trees and shrub on 04/15/2021 at 9412 crescent lodge drive pike road Truck ID 112663 He sure did a good job. If I do have a request I will surely will let you know. All I can say is I noticed a big difference in your service. You guys deserved the #10 ratings.
