I am wonderfully pleased with Al Moore, my lawn care specialist who is always ready to provide an answer to my questions. Glad to know that Al checks the systems to make sure that he has what is needed for my lawn. I actually called and left a message about my nut grass problem. I didn't hear back from the voice mail that I left at the branch office. However, when Al arrived, I asked was he informed about it and he said it before I could. So thanks for conveying the message to my specialist.

Yard looks good
You always address my concerns/problems. If I still have weeds, you come back out at no charge and rectify the issue. If I need to reschedule, it's no problem.
I like the way my yard is being treated and the quick response that I have to any issues. My specialist Alfonzo provides excellent service. Each time he comes we have a great conversation on the maintenance of my yard and always provides tips. When a problem arose with nutgrass, the treatment he applied eradicated 90% of the weeds. My back yard along the fence line looks amazing now. Great guy providing great service.
Some of your employees do a lot better job than others, the last person that came here to fertilize did an excellent job, some of them do a few sweeps across the yard and gone, I shouldn't have to watch them to get a good job done. I will start paying more attention to what is being done.

We really do like the lady Barbie that comes each time. She is very friendly, very thorough and great at her job. As a result of her work efforts, even around our windows and doors, we have no bugs at all in the house and havent had that problem in a long time.
The tree and shrubs are well taken care of.
I had some problems with my crape myrtles with insects and called before Tru Greens immediate next treatment- the person I spoke too was helpful and let the nice technician know and now all shrubs and crape myrtles look much better.
