I am having some drought issues mainly in my front yard. I called TruGreen and the nest day Specialist "Patrick McKinley" called and was on his way here to access the drought damage.
After looking over my yard he decided it needed Aerating which he did and also sprayed my yard for the terrible "nut grass" issue in certain areas of yard.
I was very impressed with Patrick's knowledge of what to do, along with his professional and kindness showed to me regarding this service.
I highly recommend TruGreen to all. Their technicians that come out for various service are also very professional and polite.

The emails sent out this year explaining the stress grass is under this year due to last years drought was very helpful to alleviate concerns about the slowness this year for a complete greenup
I have had some serious concerns about the condition of my yard since Trugreen took over from Scotts. Weeds were in control and the grass was a pale green. I called Trugreen customer support and asked that a manager please come to my home and evaluate my concerns. Mr. Don Martin paid me a visit to look at my yard. He walked both front and back, listened to what I had to say, and offered his opinion on a proper course of action to give me the results I was looking for. He personally went to work on my yard and did some pretty remarkable things to help improve the appearance. I was extremely impressed and grateful. He treated me like a valued customer. He was respectful, extremely understanding, and he put his professional knowledge and skill to work for me. Thanks you Don Martin and Trugreen.
I'd like to add the first rate customer support I received from a man named Brian who works in the Corporate Customer Center. He is an excellent technician, and excellent champion for the company, and it was a positive experience working with him to help resolve a technical issue. Thanks Brian.

Love our yard with TruGreens service.
I think the service is great an on time. The employee are great.
I have had your service for a long time and my lawn and plants are best in neighborhood. Applications are made timely and adequate. I like the overall lawn care I get. My new service for mosquitoes control was professionally applied by #40278-Alex Belser. Alex was dressed in a very neat uniform, rang for me to meet him, he explained what he was to do and did a marvelous job.

So far, happy with my lawn service, lawn is slowly turning back to a nice green lawn with minimal weeds. TruGreen is coming back for a re-spray soon. I like that the Supervisor came by to see how well they are doing. Appreciate the notice on my shrubs, but I am dealing with their care. Otherwise, pleased.

You have gone the extra mile to help us out with our lawn, and are willing to come out between treatments to spray for weeds with no charge.
And have given good advice with the problems we have had due to army worms last summer, drought - weeds and patchy this summer.

We recently had a pool put in our backyard. Our service specialist Kenneth Kibble was very responsive and assured me that he would make every effort when working in the back yard that he would be careful not to allow any chemicals to be put in the pool or concrete deck area. I have watched him and he has been very careful when working around the pool area. I realize that it is almost impossible to not get some fertilizer or other materials on the deck area but he has accomplished to a great degree. He has done an excellent job in the front area as well.
I have also been contacted by Kerry Rees regarding our shrubs and other landscape. She pointed out that we had some mushrooms and a few weeds that she would schedule to have redone. Also pointed out that we had some leaf spot disease on some shrubs. I appreciated this also. It has been to wet to spray as I usually do. She said you had an oil base treatment that would not be affected by the rain but I have intended to spray as usual but had not been able to yet due to the rain we have had. I did appreaciate her help!

Your technicians are very helpful and courteous and seem knowledgeable. Yesterday, 6-19-17, I spoke at length with Mark Stringfellow (65344). I used to be with ScottsLawn until they were bought up.
I am very satisfied with your service thus far. This season has been extremely wet and my yard is green.
