You guys just take care of it. But I wish there was a more detailed explanation of what was done and why.
I like the way they keep the chemicals out of my pool and flower beds. I watch them and they spray and spread the chemicals to all parts of the front and back yards. I like the way the paperwork explains what all they put out and what it does. I like the way you call ahead about when your coming.

My shrubs and trees looking better!! When I have been home during Tru Green services, polite professional and they always make sure my gate is closed in case my dog did decide to venture out into backyard. I appreciate that very much!
Do a great job. but I wish you would blow off the cars in the parking lot when you blow off the parking lot. Sometimes there is dirt and leaves left on the car that got there by blowing off the parking lot... i know we cant just move all of the cars. Thanks.

I love my service technician Al Moore who cares for my lawn as if it were his own. Al takes pride in his work and it shows in his attitude and of course my lawn. This is a plus for Trugreen because it encourages me to share my experiences with others. My lawn looks great and my neighbors take notice and ask for recommendations. I like the fact I don’t have to think about time for lawn treatment. However, I am tired of getting calls to sell me other services. It is a bit much.
